The level of support received once a product or service you purchase is a key factor when
you select a vendor. The following information about our support capabilities and customer services are provided
to show the levels you can expect from Secure Innovations: - A standard level that is a complement to any of our manufacturer's support and covers 6 months.
- An extended level optional service, quoted upon request, which covers a two-year period. Extended support is
available from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM EST.
- A plus extended level optional service, quoted on request,
which covers a two-year period. Plus extended support is available 24-7.
In
addition to the standard support options we provide, each of our manufacturers offer substantial support and warranty
on each of their products. Links for both Code Corporation and Zebra Products may be found on the Product tab.
